“It’s my priority to hear directly from residents about their concerns, share updates from the legislative session and hear feedback on the current session from my constituents,” Edly-Allen said. “I’m excited to hear what issues local residents would like to see addressed in the upcoming months while in Springfield.

Rep. Edly-Allen will answer questions from constituents in a more personal, one-on-one setting. The events are free and open to the public.

Edly-Allen hosts events at libraries, local coffee shops and restaurants to give residents an opportunity to share their ideas in a more casual atmosphere.

“State government works best when elected officials listen to members of the community to solve the difficult problems we face,” Edly-Allen added. “I’m looking forward to a productive legislative session, and I’m eager to continue speaking with local families about the issues important in every single neighborhood.”
